ABOUT ME

I’ve spent decades coaching athletes and pushing my own limits in endurance sports and strength training. Like many athletes over 45, I’ve experienced the reality that the body changes — recovery takes longer, injuries linger, and the training methods that once worked stop delivering results.

That’s why I created the Ageless Athlete approach — performance training built for durability, longevity, and real life. The goal isn’t to chase aesthetics or short-term transformations, but to build the strength and resilience that allows you to keep training, competing, and exploring for decades.

I work with driven adults who refuse to slow down. Together we rebuild strength, restore performance, and develop the capacity to stay in the arena long after most people have stepped away.
